a good day. made a few exercises outside in the garden and i weigh 84.8 today. an improvement from yesterday. i joined my fitness pal and hopefully this will help extremely.
It's good that you joined My fitness Pal. But the key is to enter all the foods you eat during the day so you can monitor your eating habits and calories. Plus you add in your exercise which gains you some extra calories to use (although you don't have to use them). Research indicates that tracking your eating helps one lose weight.
