Day....?
Today I have been good so far
its thursday 5/6 and i havent been exercising. However, i eat less chocolate than before. not that i can say i have been what i should have been. I could make up some rules. i am allowed to eat chocolate when i have my period..like now i would die for one..a galaxy for example..i am later going to the supermarket and i believe i am going to buy a big one.
another rule would be not to exceed one chocolate per day.
i have reduced cheese and eggs to get the cholesterol level down..
but i dont know how much i weigh as the scale's battery is off. i need to buy a new one.

Good that you have posted here! Good that you are being aware of your chocolate addiction! Not so good that you are not exercising :-( That will speed up weight loss and make you feel better. Can you and Melissa not go for a 15-20 minute walk when you get home from work? Can you not walk 15 minutes on your lunch break?
ReplyDeleteI am sure an alcoholic would love to have a drink only when she gets her period but that likely would lead to another drink and another and another. If you can keep it to one chocolate at that time of the month, more power to you! But if you increase your exercise, you can have a piece of chocolate more often.
Keep working at this Eleni. It has to be a lifetime commitment - like a marriage - through thick and thin, good times and bad times - good health is the most important thing in your life, the best partner you will ever have :-)
